BOEF aspires through its mission to:

Set up new high quality educational institutions targeting learners of different age groups/life stages, namely Nurseries; K-12 academies and schools; higher education institutes, and on-the-job professional development offices.

Make certain each BOEF institution provides learners with life and academic skills appropriate to their subsequent formal educational phase in their effort to learn and earn the best academic qualifications and personal, interpersonal and professional qualities for life.

Partner with well-established educational institutions, business organizations, government and non-government organizations and other community entities that will effectively contribute to carrying out our mission.
